Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for being here. We kindly suggest reviewing our return & exchange policies to ensure a refined and seamless shopping experience!
Each garment is meticulously crafted on a made-to-order basis, ensuring exclusivity and attention to detail. As a result, we do not offer bank refunds on any purchases. However, we gladly accept returns in the form of store credit, valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
In the rare occurrence of a misfit, we do offer size exchanges to ensure the perfect fit. However, we would be unable to accommodate any exchanges to the design of the clothing purchased.
EXCHANGES
We allow our customers to exchange the product to a different size. If you wish to exchange your product, kindly refer to the following steps -
- Send us an email within 5 days of receiving the package on help@vedoristudio.com If the number of days exceeds the same, then the item will not be accepted for an exchange.
- Our team will revert with an email confirming the exchange along with details.
- Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags, along with the completed invoice. Send the package to the address stated in the return email.
PLEASE NOTE :-
- Vedóri studio reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/ exchange requirements.
- Once the order has been placed and processed it can’t be cancelled.
- Once the address for delivery has been fed and confirmed, it cannot be edited. Hence, we recommend reviewing the details for delivery before placing the order.
- We only provide store credit for returns- valid for 2 months, not bank refund.
- Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows delivered but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our shipping partners.
- We are not responsible for shipping related delays, but will ensure the product reaches you at the earliest!
CANCELLATIONS :-
Vedóri studio reserves the right to cancel an order due to any of the following reasons :-
- Product unavailability
- Inaccurate billing details
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Delivery constraints
- Website errors
